1=Various interface styles are available for you to choose from. Please click 'View' -> 'Interface Style' on the menu in the main window to switch between these styles.
2=The software allows you to import predefined holidays. Please click 'Import Holidays' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window.
3=Common shortcut keys in the main window: F1 for help; 'Ctrl+N' to call a new information window; 'Ctrl+O' to call the edit current information window; 'Ctrl+D' to delete the currently selected information entry and send it to the Recycle Bin.
4=You can specify which interface to display automatically when the software starts. You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window to make the corresponding setting.
5=You can specify how this software is minimized: to be minimized to the system tray, or to be minimized but still has its title on the taskbar. You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window to make the corresponding setting.
6=You can specify whether you need to enter the password when the software is restored from minimized state. You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window to make the corresponding setting.
7=You can specify whether the software is to be ended directly or to be minimized when the user clicks the Close button on the main window. You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window to make the corresponding setting.
8=You can decide when a contact entry is entered, whether the full name is to be entered directly, or the user needs to enter the first name and the last name separately. You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window to make the corresponding setting.
9=You can adjust the order of various parts of the address of the contact when it is entered. You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu in the main window to make the corresponding setting.
10=The software fully supports drag and drop: You can manage entries by group by dragging an entry in the information list and dropping it on a group at the left; you can drag an event in the calendar directly to change the time or date it occurs; you can drag a task directly to change its level or order; and you can drag and drop a group in the group list to change its level.
11=When you drag the border of an event in the calendar, you can change the start time and end time of this event.
12=If you right-click the time column at the left of Calendar's Day view, you can change the unit of the scale for the time table to be 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.
